1. Vet Checked

Every puppy in Crystal Puppies undergoes a thorough veterinary examination by a licensed veterinarian before joining your family. This comprehensive health check ensures that your puppy is in excellent physical condition and free from any visible health issues. 2. Vaccinated

To give your puppy the best possible start in life, we provide age-appropriate vaccinations. These vaccinations protect your puppy against common diseases and help build a strong immune system. You will receive a detailed vaccination record, so you know exactly which vaccines your puppy has received and when future boosters are due.

To provide you with peace of mind, we offer a 1-Year Health Guarantee that covers hereditary and congenital conditions.

What is Covered?

Our health guarantee covers the following:

Hereditary Conditions: These are health issues that are genetically inherited, such as hip dysplasia, heart defects, or certain eye conditions.
Congenital Conditions: These are health problems present at birth, such as cleft palate or heart murmurs.

If a licensed veterinarian diagnoses your puppy with a hereditary or congenital condition within one year of adoption, we will work with you to address the situation. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer one of the following:

Replacement Puppy: We will provide a replacement puppy of equal value, subject to availability.
Refund: A partial or full refund may be offered, depending on the severity of the condition and the circumstances.
Financial Assistance: In some cases, we may contribute toward the cost of veterinary treatment for the diagnosed condition.

What is Not Covered?

Our health guarantee does not cover the following:

Non-genetic or acquired conditions: These include illnesses or injuries that occur after the puppy leaves our care, such as infections, injuries, or conditions caused by environmental factors, neglect, or improper care.
Routine veterinary expenses: This includes vaccinations, spaying/neutering, flea/tick prevention, and routine check-ups.
Conditions caused by owner negligence: This includes failure to follow recommended care guidelines, such as improper diet, lack of exercise, or exposure to harmful environments.

Claim Process

If you believe your puppy has a covered condition, please follow these steps:

Notify Us Immediately: Contact us within 48 hours of the diagnosis to inform us of the issue.
Provide Documentation: Submit a written diagnosis from a licensed veterinarian, including test results, X-rays, or other relevant medical records.
Review and Resolution: We will review the documentation and work with you to determine the best course of action.

Our Commitment to Ethical Breeding
